How to use WCDS

To find a record that interests you or post your own offer, you will need to Register first and Log into WCDS System. Only then will you be able to view the e-mail address of a person who posted an offer that you are interested in. You will also have the possibility of making your own entries for offers. In order to do so, we will create a special individual account for you - Your Orders Control Panel. Proper functioning of WCDS System depends entirely on the honesty of the offers and the order accuracy performance.

Responsibilities

• WCDS has no involvement in the agreement between the users of our System. All the arrangements and details
of the transactions are carried out solely between 'bidder' and 'purchaser'.

• Minors are not allowed to register or use the services provided by WCDS without the written consent of parents or
guardians.

• Persons who breach the rules of using WCDS System will be notified by email. Not abiding by these terms will result
in blocking their Accounts.

• WCDS Search Engine is a purely contact device for people who free of charge, independently and voluntarily
registered with our System and placed their orders. Accordingly, WCDS takes no responsibility for errors or false
information supplied by its users that might result in legal or financial damage to the third party.

• After the contact between the users of WCDS System [bidder – purchaser] has been established, the entire legal
and financial responsibility shifts to the interested party
